i will NOT accept commissions for suggestive art/anything nsfw from anyone not 18+ and entirely reserve the right to do so. a commissioner requesting any art depicting suggestive themes is required to prove their age in some capacity and i may refuse a commission if i deem this proof insufficient.

i reserve the right to decline a commission based on the requested content, my current workload and/or irl events and the right to cancel a commission without a refund if my tos are violated, as well as the right to share, rework, or alter my work in any way after completion of the commission.if a commissioner wishes to receive a refund at any time, they will receive 100% if no progress has been made on the commission, 60% if lining hasn't begun, and 20% if the lineart has been finished. after the coloring process has begun, refunds are no longer available. please do NOT make a chargeback on the platform by which i have received payment, i will transfer said refund back myself. if at any point in time you request a chargeback without proper reasoning, you lose all right to having the commission refunded and i retain full right to profit further from the commission in any way; the chargeback will be declined and i will provide the platform with any and all conversations regarding the commission as evidence, as well retaining the right to deny you my services in the foreseeable future.please provide a clear, unshaded full body reference of the character you want drawn, in addition to any other necessary visual or written reference materials; i can work off of images such as screenshots but it could lead to mistakes being made in drawing the character. i don't mind utilizing artistic freedom, but if there's anything you want specifically in regards to the commission - even something as simple as a pose - needs to be clearly communicated; even something like a stick figure drawing is encouraged. if your reference is vague/unclear, the commission will come at an additional cost as i will consider the commission to be a character design and charge for such.either full payment or a 50% now/50% later payment under certain circumstances is required before i begin work on the commission, after which i will begin work on and send a sketch for approval. at any point before i inform you i have begun on lining the piece, you may ask for any changes/alterations to the sketch. if there is anything i miss from the reference materials, or any changes you want made to the sketch, they will be made for free. if there are more than 2-3 requested changes or if something complex is not specified at the time of accepting the commission, i reserve the right to add additional charges to the commission price.once the sketch is confirmed, you will not receive any further visual updates until the piece is completely finished to prevent theft of my art. additionally if paying half now, half later, the second half of the 50% payment will be due and the commission will not be worked on further until payment is received.
(that being said, please feel free to inquire about the process, especially if it helps you feel more comfortable!)you may use commissioned art for personal use such as reposting to personal accounts, toyhouse pages, social media pfps, etc., but you may NOT profit from selling anything made using my art, claim it is yours, alter it in any way without my express permission, or remove my signature or watermark from the commission. additionally, my art CAN NOT be used for ai generation or nfts in ANY WAY and will be poisoned with nightshade to disrupt such ai. all reposts must also credit me as the artist. if you sell your character or trade it, you may not do so for more than the cost of the commission.i, not the commissioner, own all rights/copyright to my artwork as well as the rights to:

▸ publish content with it (comics, videos, etc.)
▸ display it any/everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
